Our Innovative Services
When you hire a Home Check America inspector, you are hiring the highest trained and most experienced professional in the business. It is the job of the home inspector to not only evaluate the condition of the house's major systems and structural integrity, but also to evaluate how these systems are working together and identify areas that need to be watched, serviced, repaired or replaced.
We provide a wide range of services, including these types of inspections:
New Home Construction Inspections- We phase out the inspection in three building stages; foundation, pre-drywall, and finished. You may choose one, two or all three stages.
One year warranty period inspections- We inspect before your builders one year warranty runs out, giving you a third party representation of what needs to be addressed in the home. These inspections are priced below the normal home inspection.
Whole house inspections- Old homes, new homes, small homes, big homes, condo's, townhomes, duplexes, quads, we do it all. Our comprehensive and thorough inspection of each home's major systems. Here's What we inspect.
Final Walk thru inspections- This low priced inspection is a revisit to a home we recently inspected to ensure that proper repairs were made.
Sellers and "Express Check" inspections- Two innovative inspection options to chose from to get your home ready to sell. Our whole house inspection with a report, or a lower priced "Express Check" that does not include a written report, but is just as thorough (seller takes notes on a form provided by Home C heck America).
Homeowners inspection- For clients not wishing to sell their home, but want to know if anything is wrong with the home or if anything may have changed since they bought it. We recommend that every homeowner get their home inspected every five years. It's like changing the oil in your car, or changing the battery in your smoke detectors. Protect your largest investment with a home inspection every five years.
FHA Certifications- These are special inspections that relate to certifying a system in the home for FHA loan compliance. If you are seeking a FHA loan, you may be asked to have your home inspector "certify" something, like the roof or the electrical system. These are only $50 at the time of the inspection, but more if we are asked to come back to the home.
Reinspection- This type of inspection results when some system in the home was not accessible or turned off and was not able to be inspected at our first visit. Some times the buyer asks the seller to pay the reinspection fee because sometimes the seller put something into play that caused the system to not be inspected.
Radon Testing and Mold Inspection/Sampling - We provide these types of testing at an additional cost.
